In 2022, eBay introduced its Authenticity Guarantee for trading cards, enhancing trust within the collector community. This service ensures that eligible trading cards undergo professional verification before reaching buyers, safeguarding against counterfeits and misrepresented items. This initiative reflects eBay's commitment to enhancing buyer confidence and maintaining the integrity of its marketplace, particularly in high-value collectible categories like trading cards. By implementing the Authenticity Guarantee, eBay addresses concerns about counterfeit items and reinforces its position as a trusted platform for collectors and enthusiasts.

To effectively explain and promote the program, we developed a visually compelling hero video directed by Mac Premo (Supply & Demand). The video seamlessly blended stylized storytelling with engaging visuals to highlight the program's unique value and appeal.
