Lowe’s partnered with Instacart to revolutionize home improvement shopping with same-day delivery. The service initially offered 20,000 items, from small appliances to garden essentials, with delivery in as little as one hour.

Following its success, the partnership expanded nationwide to over 1,700 Lowe’s locations, offering nearly 30,000 products, including large items like outdoor furniture through Instacart’s new “Big & Bulky” delivery service. This collaboration addressed growing consumer demand for speed and convenience in home improvement, as demand for these products on Instacart surged by over 50% in 2021.

The campaign underscored Lowe’s commitment to an omnichannel strategy, blending in-store expertise with cutting-edge delivery solutions, while solidifying Instacart’s presence in the home improvement sector.

The campaign included multiple radio spots and two hero pieces produced by Mustache’s Production studio and directed by Kyle Sauer.
