81M+ Americans suffer from seasonal allergies. Air pollution is making pollen seasons longer, more intense and is worsening symptoms. It’s estimated that 50% of all people will suffer from allergies by 2050.

As a brand that exists to make breathing easier, they asked us to develop an activation that elevated Allegra’s value, so the brand would not only treat allergy symptoms but help change people’s lives by addressing external factors that cause them.

To transform how people manage allergies, we partnered with an environmental data company to track 12 types of pollen and 6 air pollutants in real-time, with pinpoint accuracy to within 5 meters. Leveraging this cutting-edge technology, we introduced geo-targeted coupons tied to live pollen levels, offering bigger discounts on Allegra when conditions were at their worst—because relief should meet people where and when they need it most.

To launch Allegra’s healthcare-focused initiative, we debuted at high-profile events like Climate Week in New York and SXSW in Austin, TX. Immersive experiences brought the campaign to life: pedicabs transported attendees along routes optimized for cleaner air, while EV trucks guided people to local hotspots with lower pollen and pollution levels, driving engagement and adoption of this innovative tool.
